Dronography

Dronography is the art of using a drone in the sky to capture aerial shots of various subjects. With quickly advancing technology; high quality photographs and 4k film can easily be taken in contrast to what could only previously be achieved with helicopters. This makes aerial photography and film much more affordable. For commercial work you need to have a pilot who has the Civil Aviation Authority's permission to fly. This is officially called a Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO). You can check my PfCO is up-to-date on the CAA's website or use the Approved Drone Pilots Website.

Sports Video Coaching

Video analysis is really helpful for coaching and improving technique. I have worked with some pilot gig boat rowing clubs in Cornwall recording their training session from different viewpoints by drone. I can offer bespoke videos for training or for promotional purposes. Recording close up footage of a moving gig boat is not an easy skill to master and I will require access to a chase boat and need a still day to achieve good results. Please contact me for a quote.

Weddings and Events

Create a special memory and capture the beauty of your day or event from a new perspective. Show off a stunning location and add more drama and cinematography to your film. I will require the landowners permission to launch and recover my drone on their land and costs are dependent on my risk assessment and amount of pre-deployment planning that may entail. I can incorporate my photography and videography services into a final film if required. Please contact me for a quote.

Real Estate & Surveying

I can provide aerial photographs, spherical panoramas and film of buildings and ground plots, for promotional purposes or for surveying and inspections. I can also generate 3D models and maps of sites of interest using Drone Deploy software. I provide competitive prices as I start my new business. Please contact me for more information.
